EnggDesign is the engineering consultancy of EMACTO Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., based in Pune, India. Our senior engineers bring long careers with international EPC contractors and equipment manufacturers. We apply that experience to oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, chemical and process plants.

EnggDesign was set up to provide complete engineering across process, mechanical (static and rotating), piping, pipeline, civil & structural and electrical & instrumentation. We offer an integrated package that runs from conceptual and feasibility studies through front-end engineering to detailed design.
Our team regularly takes on complex structures, tight delivery schedules and job-specific requirements. Over the years we have worked with many of the leading EPC contractors, and our work has gone to end clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Europe and the USA.

Founder & Managing Director, EnggDesign and iENESYS

Eshwar founded EnggDesign in 2017 to deliver dependable, quality-driven engineering across process, mechanical, piping, electrical and project work. Before that, he built his EPCM career with major domestic and international turnkey solution providers and consultancies, including Praj Industries, Godrej & Boyce, Johnson Controls, Alfa Laval and Bilfinger.
He leads the mechanical engineering team himself and works as a senior static equipment engineer across oil & gas, refining, distillation, evaporation, chemical, food and pharma projects. Project after project, he saw how much expert time went into tasks that repeat every time. In 2026 he founded iENESYS to turn that proven engineering knowledge into software that gives the same accurate result every time, so engineers can focus on the decisions only they can make.

Our quality management system has been independently assessed by QRO against ISO 9001:2015 since October 2023. It governs how we review enquiries, fix the design basis, check every deliverable and close client comments. Recertification for 2026–2029 is in progress. We commit to:
